A.T.L I realize this is NES chiptune but it really evokes the Gameboy Jurassic Park soundtrack for me and I love it. Very fun album with a couple really exceptional tracks. Favorite track: Melolyn.

Psilatron An energetic chiptune album with a NES/Famicom aesthetic which captures the playfulness of games of the 8-bit era. By skilfully using the minimal palette of sounds imposed by the genre a lot is achieved. Great harmony, melodies, and counterpoint, as well as an excellent mix of tense and smooth rhythms. Looking forward to more works by this artist! Favorite track: Murasaki.

When I first listened to this album, the song, "The Recovery", blew me out of the water and immersed me into chiptune music, after the album "SOUNDSHOCK FM FUNK MADDNESS" introduced me to the genre. The song that immersed me the most, however, was "Ellis Island Disco". I was imagining a 60's Disco Prom while listening to it the entire time; the ending bit, especially, felt like a kiss. eiryt
